Biochemistry

Advanced Diagnostics perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of various biochemical parameters in different biological fluids such as blood, plasma, serum, urine etc. We are equipped with various instruments like Roche c311, Roche Cobas e41 1, Beckman Coulter Access 2, Bio-Rad 010 and two Abbott I 1000 SR to perform all major assays. These fully automated latest and advanced equipment provide rapid accurate results and hence helps clinicians to make quicker clinical decisions.

Our lab is specialised in  performing hormonal assays like LH, FSH,AMH,Estrogen and Progesterone. We also do tumor markers CA l25, CA 19.9 and CEA. Our TAT for most of the Biochemical parameters  are 24hrs and the reports can be viewed online. We do Hb Electrophoresis in Bio-Rad DlO, and reports are given with in 24hrs. AMH is an extremely sensitive hormone; the values of which vary with time, so it is important to be processed as soon as possible. In our lab we process it as soon as we receive the sample and the report is ready with in 24hrs. HIV, HBsAg, HCV are all run on our automated instruments and any reactive reports are processed by two other methods- another instrument + ELISA and a consolidated report is then released. This may take some time and released after 48hrs. All deviations from normal range and a ll critical alerts are observed and highlighted and will be informed to consultant doctors.
